The Guernsey Police Service, along with the Guernsey Border Agency, forms Bailiwick of Guernsey Law Enforcement and currently have some great opportunities for Police Constables and Sergeants to work within uniform operations.
The uniform operations division is responsible for delivering the full range of policing services directly to the public, dealing with public order and anti-social behaviour, investigating crime, reporting offences and incidents, traffic infractions and accidents etc. This department provides an emergency police response 24 hours a day, seven days a week and work a 5 week rota pattern.
All of our Police Constables and Sergeants are expected to be trained to UK standards and following an initial transferee induction course, you will be assigned to one of the five shifts teams.
