Guernsey Police are conducting a missing person investigation to locate Steven James Corbet who was reported missing on Monday the 27th June. Steven is 58 years of age and is 183cm in height, large build with receding short brown hair. He has had a number of knee operations and as a result he walks with a pronounced limp.

During the investigation it has been established that he took a number 94 bus from Town, getting off at Pleinmont Bus stop at around midday on the 27th June. At this time he was seen wearing blue jeans, a dark blue t-shirt, light coloured trainers and carrying a dark rucksack. (See attached photo of rucksack). Police would like to hear from anyone that may also have travelled on that bus and who may have at some stage during the journey spoken Steven.

There have been no confirmed sightings of Steven since.

Guernsey Police have conducted an extensive search of the area between Pleinmont and Fort Richmond at Vazon but as yet have not found Steven.

Police are concerned for Steven's welfare and would urge anyone who has any information to contact the dedicated incident room on 719474. We would also like appeal to landowners in those areas  to check any outbuildings or boats that they own.
